If the reality suddenly stopped suiting you and you are comparing yourself with others more and more, scolding and blaming yourself because of the current state of things - you most likely have gradually devalued all that you have at the moment. You have long forgotten about your achievements. You are not even thinking about the wonderful incredible gifts of the Universe – all of them have gone into oblivion. In this state, all that you can attract is even greater dissatisfaction with yourself, with your modest results, added to dissatisfaction and criticism of people around you.
How can a person make plans or create a list of future global goals in this state?! The pedestal on which he is standing, the step from which he will push off, is shaky and unstable. How?! When you as the creator of your own life are not confident in your strengths and choices when you do not trust yourself and do not believe in the supporting the world - can this result in the desired picture of your unique reality?!

The answer to all questions. An inexhaustible source of inspiration."

Many of us see our achievements as a routine. At the same time, on the contrary, we pay attention to minor troubles and failures every day, savouring them and telling friends about them in detail. We do not suggest you be proudly arrogant and let everyone know about your incredible achievements, flushing conceit around you. But at least try to take a moment after your triumph. And give yourself a minute of thankfulness for all your efforts. Enjoy this moment with your whole being and thank yourself. It’s better to talk less about it to others and to savour this wonderful feeling of fulfilment and achieving a goal inside yourself.
"We often take for granted what most deserves our gratitude."

3 exercises that will help you to develop self-gratitude
Find a source of gratitude in people near you. Everyday life grants us people who give us support, lessons, experience, emotions, inspire us and make us better. Of course, we all have people surrounding us who were nearby at a difficult moment or just silently brought coffee with candy.
Write them a thank you letter and send it via mail, make a small gift or just say some nice words. Broaden your borders!
"Let us be grateful to people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom."
Marcel Proust
Be thankful for life, health, and the ability to feel. What is given to us at birth is automatically not a gift in our minds, but many people are deprived of this happiness and this opportunity to be healthy, to walk or to perceive reality in the fullness of their senses.
Practice meditation, sports, give your eyes aesthetic pleasure and provide your tongue receptors with the opportunity to feel a bright taste in all its fullness and diversity. And at that moment keep listening, feel high and give thanks!
Practice freezing for a moment and listening to what your body tells you, and it will also respond with gratitude.
Keep a diary of gratitude. Make notes every day and write down everything that you can be grateful for - it does not matter whether it is material or not. Thank not only life but yourself as well. Promise yourself gifts and moments of pleasure for future efforts.
When setting goals here, do not forget to indicate pleasant bonuses for yourself, which you consider appropriate to the tasks set and the efforts spent on the way to the dream!
And thank you for being here and being able to dream!
